Right now, when you copy a section of an eval from the prior year, it takes you all the way back to the top of the eval and you have to scroll back to where you were. When you copy, it should keep in in the place where you were working, not scroll...

We are having a lot of new clients no showing, we feel it would be benifical if the Patient could confirm or cancel there appointments with the text reminder. Or atleast provide the message that they need to call the office to cancel.

Office Chat Feature

It would be amazing to have a built in chat feature for staff to utilize in the office. Having a way for my admin staff to communicate with clinical staff without interrupting a patient would have a huge impact on our daily flow.

patient search by phone number

We do not have a call center at this time. Some times there is only one front office person and we miss a call. It would be helpful if we could search for patients by phone number to look up who it was that called.
