We are having a lot of new clients no showing, we feel it would be benifical if the Patient could confirm or cancel there appointments with the text reminder. Or atleast provide the message that they need to call the office to cancel.

    This is something that we are considering for the future. The vendor that we use has virtually no customizations available at this point so we will need to explore various options.

    If you can't eventually solve this known issue - at the VERY least you should put in the end of the appointment reminder "do not reply" so patients are texting back thinking they are communicating with us.

    Considering that no shows and late cancellations are a big problem for all clinic owners and this is a serious hardship financially this should be a priority. There are plenty of vendors that have more capabilities for customization and this should be explored sooner than later. Pretty frustrating how many things are on the we will look into it list that are actually pretty urgent from a business owner's perspective.
