Need Plan of Care (Expired and Expiring) reporting for Non-Medicare Patients.

This would be nice to gave in the "At a Glance" section.

Without this reporting we are forced to track manually via spreadsheet--very inconvenient!!

This is essential and needs to be done asap as it is a huge compliance problem and is baffling that it doesn't exist in an EMR of this size!
We have been forced to use a shared google sheet to track this. It is part of our practice act in the state of PA.

Yes! I agree. It would also be nice to have a report that shows which Initial Evals and Progress Reports have been faxed , and which have not.
Our PTs sometimes forget to fax their initial evals and Progress Notes and then we don't find out until much later that the reason that we do not have an updated signed POC is because it was not even faxed to the MD yet!
