Plan of Care Report for Analytics

Analytics needs a Plan of Care report for Soap 2.0 users. We have 30 + therapists in our clinics, so it isn't feasible to manually search through all active Medicare patients to stumble across which patients need POC follow up, as the workflow suggests. The POC report in Legacy works great! We wish there was a report in Analytics now that we are fully in Soap 2.0.
