The Analytics Documented Units Report does not include or have the option to add in the Treatment Diagnosis. We use the treatment diagnosis as a case identifier, as patients are often seen for multible cases. Without the treatment diagnosis on the report, the provider will have to manually add this information. For our clients this will become very time consuming and ineffienct. Having the Documented Units Report mirror the EMR Billing Report would ensure a smooth transition for our clients as the EMR Billing Report has all the needed information in an easy to read format.
We service practices with 1 -20 providers in a group, this will have a great impact when you convert over to Soap 2.0.

The reports is SOAP 2.0 are atrocious, this should be corrected ASAP. It's almost impossible to pull accurate data out of SOAP 2.0 Analytics.

I am happy to see our request moving forward. I service a dozen PT
practices here in the State of Hawaii with 1-20 providers in each
practice. I've been WebPT's biggest fan here in Hawaii. I have been
promoting the use of your EMR since 2008 whether or not they choose to use
our services. Glad to know you folks hear us out in the middle of
the ocean. I am now confident this report will be updated prior to
the conversion of Soap 2.0. This is great news for all of us. Thank you!
