Clerical Users Should Be Able to do Quick Discharge

A Clerical user should be able to do a Quick Discharge. There are many patients who stop coming in and having a clerical user do a Quick Discharge would lighten the workload for the Therapists.

    does anyone know if this is truly in full release? or what permissions do I need to give my FD staff to be able to do a quick DC?
