Presently there is no option to mass message patient's if there's a change in schedule or such. It would be beneficial if there's an option to send a personalized message that you can send to all patients who are on the scheudle or you select. For example, if you have to close the clinic you can send a text to everyone on the schedule that the office is closed instead of having to find alternate means to contact them.
Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal submission! Sending mass text reminders from the EMR is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
In the meantime, the Reach patient relationship management system allows mass campaigns to be sent on short notice for this type of situation.
