I have found that if you "save and exit" without finalizing, the system will count the note that you saved and exited as the 9th note... this triggers the algorithm within the system coding to block you from finalizing any more daily notes because it recognizes that there are 9 notes and therefore requires the next signed note to be a progress note (10th note). It is a small but specific error in the coding of the program...that must be fixed. My temporary work around has been to delete the 9th note, re do the note, then sign immediately without "saving and exiting."
