As therapists our treatment protocol is driven the surgical date. In our previous EMR this was seen at the top of every note type and it compute the exact date post op for protocols can be followed This is key esp. if more than one therapist is seeing them and eliminates the need to dig through the chart switching screens to find it..
eg. 2 weeks and 4 days post op
