I have a patient who has a new insurance but we found this out after seeing them in the old case. Patient needs a new insurance in this new case but I have been told that the notes cannot be moved over in soap 2.0.

We need to transfer notes from one case to another when the therapists do notes in the wrong cases. or if the patients insurance changes
It is very frustrating! Hopefully it will be resolved and benefit everyone!
I just had this happen to me as well. A patient didn't tell me until 9 visits later that her insurance changed. The best answer webPT support could give me was to rewrite all 9 notes. It seems ridiculous that in an older version of their software, these notes could simply be moved from one case to the other, but in their "new and improved" soap 2.0, I will be spending a good part of my weekend rewriting notes that I've already written. So frustrating!
