I've worked with other programs that have an a way to instant message all staff in the scheduler/program. For example- anyone with a WebPT account within the office/offices would be able to instant message each other and the alert would pop up in a messaging window- (remember AOL IM?) the same concept- but it would allow front desk to communicate with therapists quicker and more effective than an email for fast questions or phone calls and such.

Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! Instant messaging in the app isn't something that is currently on our roadmap, but may we consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is developed.

This is a great idea, specifically for a company like ours that has 10 clinics. Fast and efficient communication is vital for the PT's in between patients.
