It is poor bookkeeping then we cannot view all activity on a patient's account. If there is a refund issued, it should reflect on the payment screen as a refund, it should show up on the patient's ledger statement. Instead, you have it just disappear into thin air. We need to be able to view the work we have done on each account. Please fix this for us, it should be,without question part of the accounting of each account.
