Agency billing is cumbersome right now with invoices. There are so many boxes to check and mistakes can easily be made and difficult to fix.

The Agency Statement Balance is much easier, however the Statement Balance is not saved as the Invoices are. Please change so the Statement Balances are saved in the Filing-Agency Filing. Also on the Statement Balance, I recommend you make the "Location Address" optional or change to "Mail To Address". Our physical address that shows up here is NOT a mailing address (and happens to be our home address because we have a home office providing PT services in the patient's home or school). Agencies could easily mail to the wrong address and cause the bill to be returned to sender. Please make these easy changes and it will be so much easier, time efficient, and less mistakes.
