True Names

Please add a field where clients' true names can be seen on all screens across TheraBill (and for staff as well!). To not have this results in people being called the wrong name, and is extremely harmful.

We will be working on adding Preferred Name (in addition to Gender Identity and Pronouns) in Q4 2023 and it will be available on the client's chart in early Q1 2024. We are currently evaluating a project in Q1 2024 to then also display this information throughout the rest of the application.

The admin response above shows that it was planned for Q1 2024, but in 2025, clients are getting reminders from Therabill with deadnames. Can you please remedy this on the client-facing side?
