It would be helpful if you could see who scheduled appointments so that if things are scheduled inappropriately/unfairly across therapist you could contact WEBPT, you could see who was logged in and made the appointments

When you check the CMS 1500 form you can see which claims have already paid, this way you can see from the CMS which claims are still open and you are waiting for payment

Please darken the font, especially for the payment posting areas.

Even with reading glasses, it is very difficult to read the font when posting payments. Please make it darker & bolder.
