Evaluation Note import from past cases

It would be beneficial if the import function was not limited to the previous patient case and if we could choose which case to import for the evaluation note when we get a returning patient.

Update Lost Patient Report to include SOAP2.0 notes

When running the lost patient report: 1) ) the list generated does NOT include notes started and maintained in SOAP2.0 2) it lists patients with notes that were started in the old format and then moved to SOAP2.0 as being lost

Ability to distinguish the date of change for insurance updates

A way to make changes to a patient's insurance plan on the current case vs having to create a new case. Creating a new case causes more work for the front office and billing team to clean up.

Need to be able to view the 'Plan of Care' as a PDF And those words need to title the document for Medicaid.

We need a separate document that is titled 'Plan of Care' for our Medicaid clients and need to be able to view this as a PDF to print and hand to parents/doctors for signature. Mandatory for Medicaid.

WebPT Billing - Ability to view a list of historically generated HCFAs

It would be very beneficial for RCM to be able to historically view an original HCFA that was generated. At this time WebPT only allows for the “re generating” of a HCFA. The option to view any HCFA generated would allow for RCM to identify issues...
