In SOAP 1.0, the POC note faxed has patient identifiers and document date on each page. In SOAP 2.0, the document date is not listed on each page. When we fax notes for MD signatures they usually just fax back the last page signed. There are no dates on the last page for us to reference which note the signed POC belongs to.
