Our main referral sources are stating that when they sign reports electronically, they then have to do multiple steps to put an x on the line that states, "I have no revisions to the plan of care." This is time-consuming for them. There is already a line to revise the plan if they feel it is needed. If there needs to be something there, can it be changed to say, "I have revisions to this therapy plan:_______." These referral sources have stated that other clinics they work with do not require this extra step. Please can you do something?!
