Why does Therabill keep logging me out while working in it?

Therabill will log me out about every 15-30 min even when I am currently working. Hmmmm

Therabill has been logging me out as many as 3 times per day in the past several weeks. We've called customer service but they told us they didn't see a problem on their end so they couldn't do anything. ):
