I know I asked about this when we started with WebPT back in 2019. Adding the ability to have statements automatically emailed seems like a no-brainer and a huge time and money saver in regards to the cost to produce and mail paper products. Individually going into each patient's account to email statements each month is not feasible for anything beyond the smallest of clinics. What is the specific reason why this feature can't be added?
While we do not have automated statements, we do offer the ability to create a statement batch that also includes an email option.
