Not allowing a user to proceed saving an account if the ICD-10 code entered isn't in a billable format

Therabill allows users to list partal IDC-10 codes on patients account that cause the claims to reject when billed if not got before hand. It would be nice if Therabill would warn the user that the ICD-10 entered isn't valid or billable so it can be fixed before billing. Examply ICD-10 Code R633 is frequently user by one of our providers but this ICD-10 required another digit to be billable.
