Multiple insurance companies recognize family of codes and will give 1 authorization number and 1 approved amount of visits for multiple codes. Ex. Caresource will approve 12 units of 92507 and 92526. This does not mean you have 24 visits. It means you have 12 visits and you can use both codes interchangably. Therabill will not allow users to add 2 codes under 1 authorization and counter. This would greatly simplify the billing process.
