Subscriber ID/MemberID

When entering an ID in webpt it crosses over to therabill as primary...If that ID is incorrect and it gets updated in webpt, it'll cross over again to therabill as primary. So on Therabill the acct shows 2 primary insurances. Not sure how that's possible when a patient can only have one primary insuranc.e
