WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Situation: Data on both reports is not accurate (notes that are signed are still showing as missed/open); the filtering is not working appropriately on the higher levels, or data filters.

How it affects: This has resulted in trust issues among MLR team members with reporting. Also requires additional time from Clinic Directors, and Staff Therapists which pulls them away from other responsibilities.
