Delete sections from evals

We would like to be able to delete entire sections from an evaluation. For example, we don't typically check TMJ on a cervical exam unless there is a specific reason. We would like to delete this section entirely so it is less busy on the eval as we fill it in. We prefer our specific evals to be as streamlined as possible.

Hi Elizabeth, you can customize your templates and profiles for the workflow that makes the most sense for your practice. I'd recommend creating a profile that does not include the TMJ field, and if you need to add that field for a patient, you can do so by navigating to the secondary menu and selecting Add Content.
