The missing notes report in Analytics is not accurate. The analytics report is showing missed notes for days when the clinic was closed (1/1/2020), and all appointments were cancelled, and also showing missed notes for days when clients were not normally scheduled. Any advice?

Hello! SOAP 2.0 note statuses are included in the Missed Notes report in Analytics. Please contact your Success Manager or Support if you need assistance with accessing this report. Thanks!
