add treatment section

there is no place to document what treatment was done

in 1.0 we can add that next to the cpt which is good to justify codes

There is an option in the Charge Summary section to "Add Comment." This will add a text box to document interventions performed with each CPT code. This documentation will carry forward from note to note for quick reference.
We also have a feature coming soon that will introduce a fully integrated flowsheet into the SOAP note if you prefer to document interventions in that way. Thanks for your feedback!

Terrible system that one cannot document treatment performed. How is this medicare compliant
