When the warning box pops up about nearing the Medicare Threshold, a simple "Would you like to turn on the KX modifier?" And a yes or no button in that box would be so helpful. Would save the time of going in to modify the case in the patient info.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered. I would definitely be interesting to hear from the rest of the community if they have any compliance concerns on this and if they feel that only specific user types should be allowed to enable the KX modifier? In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact WebPT Support using support@webpt.com.

There are no compliance concerns that I can think of. Assistants should be able to click the KX modifier button because they can then forward the note to the primary therapist to confirm that the person continues to require medically . You all could put an automatic forwarding feature -- meaning they couldn't "close" the note until they forwarded it to the primary therapist.
Yes it would be great! It would save the therapist time and they would not forget to go into case and turn it on.
Yes this would be amazing! Therapists forget to add it when it's at the bottom of their note. To have a yes/no right when the note is opened or a pop up when they are going to save saying the alert again with a yes/no....would be a lifesaver and save so much time for therapists and re-billing the denial.
Yes, please this is so useful. My clinic would benefit from this so much. WebPT please add this into an up coming update.
I don't feel user type is an issue, as when creating users we give them certain permissions. We have problems with our clinicians ignoring this box and not turning the KX on. If the clinicians could simply choose "Yes" when the warning box pops up, it would definitely help.
