Software update to tie Copay collected at visit to DOS in Therabill.

This would be very helpful for those of us in Billing and sending out statements. If pt. doesn't pay copay at time of visit, but pays it for the next visit. That copay collected at second visit should be attached to that DOS.. .. Otherwise no stat...

We are having a lot of new clients no showing, we feel it would be benifical if the Patient could confirm or cancel there appointments with the text reminder. Or atleast provide the message that they need to call the office to cancel.

Office Chat Feature

It would be amazing to have a built in chat feature for staff to utilize in the office. Having a way for my admin staff to communicate with clinical staff without interrupting a patient would have a huge impact on our daily flow.

We do not have a call center at this time. Some times there is only one front office person and we miss a call. It would be helpful if we could search for patients by phone number to look up who it was that called.

It would be nice to be able to go to schedule tab and bring up client appointments and cancel there.

Text reminders to display date and day of week (not just day of week)

We feel the patients need to have text appointment reminders sent with date of week displayed, not just the day of the week. (Currently text says Reminder: Your appointment with XXX is on Tue at 07:00am To reschedule call ####"
