WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We use the message center to send messages to our outsourced employee with information on patients. If information is sent on different lines (regardless of how many spaces are between the lines) it gets jumbled into one paragraph when she receives the message. This can cause her to enter incorrect information due to it being hard to decipher what information pertains to each patient. Please allow the space between lines or paragraphs to translate in the final message.
